ANA MARÍA
Hi, I’m Ana Maria! I fell in love with yoga 15 years ago while studying theater, and it quickly became my way to connect with myself beyond the stage. Through yoga, I discovered my own version of who I am—it taught me to be more compassionate with myself, let go of comparisons, embrace discipline, and surround myself with a community of incredible beings I now call teachers. I’ve completed 500 hours of training in Bali and 100 hours in Rocket Yoga, and I’ve been sharing this transformative practice with others ever since. My classes are dynamic, creative, and all about finding the connection between breath, movement, and your unique rhythm. Let’s roll out the mat, have fun, and discover what your practice can bring to your life!

MARIANA I am Mariana Borbolla, originally from Guadalajara, Mexico, and currently living in Tulum, where I have resided for over 10 years. I am a certified Krama Flow yoga teacher with more than 8 years of experience sharing this beautiful practice. My passion for yoga lies in its philosophy, roots, and the practice of asanas—elements I consider powerful tools for cultivating balance, strength, and clarity, both physically and mentally. I firmly believe that consistent and disciplined practice transforms the body and mind, fostering health, strength, and overall well-being. Throughout my career, I have guided students of all levels to find their own rhythm and depth in the practice, encouraging a more conscious connection with themselves and the present moment. Tulum has been the perfect setting to share my love for yoga, surrounded by inspiration and natural connection. I continue to learn and grow every day, convinced that yoga is not just an exercise but a lifestyle that enriches and transforms.

RICARDO Ricardo developed his passion for bodily movement and it’s interaction with spirit and mind through Martial Arts, which was his first meet with meditation practices. From the technical aspects of Martial Arts, Ricardo began exploring deeper into body mechanics and awareness, which eventually turned into a Mobility and Calisthenics practice. As he noticed that effective strength comes, not only from moving, but moving properly, Yoga became the vehicle to improve his alignment in Calisthenics as well as proper breathing in Martial Arts and immediately woke Ricardo’s love with it’s focus on balancing body and mind. With a particular approach into practice that involves both holds and flow, Yin and Yang, Ricardo turns a Yoga session into a fun combination of effective strength and flexibility that dance along with the breath and proper recovery. The above aiming to prepare the body in helping the mind to easily reach into a deeper practice, by activating and balancing it’s energy/chi flow, while at the same time building a solid base for other Yoga styles and day to day activities. As a yogi, both on and off the mat, Ricardo declares himself a perpetual student, always open to learn different ways and points of view to grow his practice. This can come from different styles of yoga, or even other disciplines in movement.

NATH Hi! I’m Nathalia, Mexican born but a now citizen of the world. I have always loved moving my body. Started dancing ballet very young at the age of four. Eventually I diversified to other activities such as functional and mobility training. I truly discovered my best self when I started practicing yoga. The connection between mind and body through breath provided me with a profound new perspective on movement and the great benefits of yoga. Been practicing and learning from teachers around the globe the past four years. For me the practice is about enhancing my ability to move strongly and freely as well as cultivating equanimity through all the limbs of yoga. My love for yoga transformed into a love for teaching and now I share the practice focusing on helping people discover that yoga is indeed for everyone and that the practice adjusts to the student and not the other way around. Join me on the mat to connect, breathe, move and possibly sweat.
